A short appointment helps us give you an unhurried hour at the desk. Send a message with two or three time windows that suit you, and we will confirm one by email or phone. Walk-in visitors are welcome when the desk is free, though a confirmed slot is always safer on a busy Saturday.
We reply to most messages within one business day, and often the same afternoon. Requests that arrive over the weekend are answered on the next working morning. If your travel dates are close, mention that in the subject line so we can prioritise the note.
Yes. Many clients start their journey in Singapore, but we also plan routes for travellers arriving from elsewhere in the region. Meetings can be held by video call, and the finished pack is sent as a printable file and a pocket version you can keep on a phone.
